Most of my work is about landing AI and security solutions in real enterprise environments. Chinese companies expanding globally deal with a specific set of challenges: data compliance across multiple jurisdictions, IT infrastructure split between HQ and overseas entities, security policies that need to work on both sides. The question isn’t whether the solution looks good — it’s whether it runs in production.
Day-to-day: Entra / Zero Trust architecture, M365 security hardening and governance, figuring out how to make Copilot and AI tools actually stick inside an org, Power Platform automation. Having a development background helps — I know where the technical limits are, and I know when to build vs. configure.
Before Microsoft, I ran a startup. That experience gave me a permanent bias toward things that actually work over things that sound good in a deck.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Ant Group (Ant Financial) as a Product Manager on AI-powered customer service products — one of my first deep dives into applied AI at scale.
This blog is a mix of things — technical notes, observations, and occasional reflections. In the age of AI, I’ve found it more important than ever to carve out time for deeper thinking.

工作核心是帮企业做 AI 和安全方案的落地。出海企业面对的问题挺特殊:数据合规要跨多个司法管辖区、IT 基础设施两头都要管、安全策略要能在总部和海外子公司同时跑起来。方案好不好看,不如跑不跑得起来重要。
日常会碰到的事:Entra/Zero Trust 架构设计、M365 治理与安全加固、Copilot/AI 工具在企业里怎么真正用起来、Power Platform 把流程自动化。开发背景让我在做方案的时候能多想一层——知道技术边界在哪,也知道哪些东西能自己搭。
之前有过创业经历。那段时间让我对”落地”这件事有点执念:能在 PPT 上说清楚是基本分,能在客户现场跑起来才是真的。
更早之前在蚂蚁金服做过智能客服 AI 产品经理,算是很早就在大规模 AI 落地里摸爬滚打过一遍。
